    That's the way I like it. But still beautiful in either season. Porcupine has caused problems. He was here yesterday too. Game camera has him busted. I'll be eating porcupine soon...

    The indians used the quills for decoration of attire, and many other uses. If you don't want them, there may be a monkey crafter who could use them. (Just a thought/waste not, want not)

    Think I'll play it safe and do this guy well done. Not a very pleasant meat smell. Once the SBR gets lathered on that should mask the scent. SBR makes anything taste good. I forgot, is porcupine traditionally paired with Merlot or Cabernet Savignon? Or is it R&R Canadian whiskey???
