Happy birthday to me

    I have always wanted to go deep sea fishing. My wife surprised me with a chartered 5 hour fishing trip for my bday this weekend. She rented the whole boat so it will just be us. The Albacore Tuna are running right now. I had hoped for Blue Fin but they tell me it is the wrong time of year.
    I'll post some pics next week.

    Actually the Adana Trough is a very popular area for sport fishermen. It is supposed to be one of the best spots in the world for tuna. And it is literally in my backyard. I lived in Calfornia for years and never got a chance to go. So I'm not going to waste the opportunity now.

    Had a great day. Fish weren't biting but the worst day fishing is better than the best day working! Drank beer, smoked cigars and enjoyed the scenery.
