When the Bill of Rights are Violated, You are Obligated towards Civil Disobedience

I am going to make this easy to understand. JFK knew and recognized the dangers of the Federal Reserve Bank and our fiat currency. He was set for legislation to do away with our dependency on the Fed and the Oligarchy assassinated him. Our country was taken over by coup and we watched and prayed as the horse carried Kennedy's empty boots and we have had nothing to do with electing our leaders since. We get to choose between the candidates the Oligarchy lets us have and we get to vote on little things that make no real difference to their absolute authority over us And we sing the "Patriot" Act and oh say can you see while we send our kids off to kill little brown people all over the world to keep Halliburton building airports and warehouses, Boing building Planes, Austal building ships, and everybody else making tooth brushes and toilet paper for our soldiers out redefining our "Freedom". The second amendment of the Bill of rights states that we may keep and bear arms on par with what the military and police have and might use against us, the .gov could Not rescind that so they taxed the hell out of them so only the upper class, the wealthy could afford automatic weapons and then that freak Rangel sneaked a rider on a bill that prevented civilians from importing or manufacturing any more legally taxed automatic weapons since 1989, effectively violating the 2ond amendment and he got away with it. A massive PR campaign convinced people that we are a democracy so we can vote away the right of our citizens, if we out number them. My suggestion to all that own registered NFA weapons is to sell them while you can and build or illegally import as may unregistered and undocumented ones as you possibly can. The time is coming when you are going to need them and you can bet your ass they will come get the ones they know you legally have,

 

When it comes to my right to keep and bear arms, I practice civil disobedience daily...and that's all I will say about that.

I just went into non compliance mode. I shut down my business and we are living on our preps . The government will get no more taxes from us as we have no taxable income. Property taxes are put away in cash in cans. I am part of a much larger group who has decided this is the right course to starve them out. I can last for two years without using our Generator. Life is good.

 

The problem is , the government is pushing for a cashless society or a change in the currency in which case any hidden money may become worthless. thanks to the banks . remember what happened to Greece.
This is where metals might pay off "if another currency is established"
if the government further out laws the ownership of gold and other precious metals it would make it difficult to trade for values in the new currency.

 

Well I have no income. My wife is on ssd and we saved enough money to make it two years. With no income they no taxes. That is the point. W e have money just no taxable income. Have lots of silver bars , food stores , Propane etc. I am ready. If Hillary wins its going to be a hard road to hoe. Non compliance is not easy. No taxes for Hillary. There will be no unification under her. ZERO. And they push ? its revolution.

 

And then all black markets thrive.

 

If you really think about it what is money what is gold gold is dencer then lead so it makes a better fishing wight sweet does it make me live longer does it make me stronger will it save my life no it is just a thing my knowledge and my skills my family faith that is what makes me wealthy in this life and the next not shiny pretty things that only have worth Cuz someone thinks they are pretty or nice looking none of that mean shit to me the values of a man are where his worth is!!!

 

I still wonder why gold is valuable, silver I can get because it has so many uses, gold I just don't understand. Unless you agree with someone I know who thinks off planet aliens value it.....

If I saw a productive way of carrying out civil disobedience I would do it, but mostly I just can't see it at the moment. I keep thinking of the protests in Washington where they cleared American citizens away with the army and all they were doing is protesting. We are slowly having our right eroded, the question is, when is enough enough, we have watched this same situation in Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, and in the eastern block countries. Yet we as Americans don't seem to be able to find a leader or a cause to get up behind in order to be civilly disobedient.

 

Just one example: Does your state require a permit to carry a firearm, concealed or otherwise. If so do you comply? Non-compliance = civil disobedience. You don't need a leader or a cause, you just need to live free and you'll probably be violating literally dozens of laws and regulations.

 

In many (potentially most) cases, you are in fact violating regulations and codes under the color of law (rather than an actual "law") as @chimo references rather than actual laws. Yes, in some cases there is an actual law on the books for one thing or another but more often than not, things are statutes and codes and regulations that have the force of law but are not actually, in and of themselves laws. Subtle (like a brick through a plate glass window "subtle") but important difference. Most people don't know the difference and frankly don't care that the distinction even exists.

Goes back to what brokor mentions over and over again about all but being the equivalent of employees of a corporation (or slaves, that works too).

I am part of a group of Business owners opposed to unregulated free trade. W e are all standing against Hillary.

 

I had a book some years back titled "The Freedom Outlaw's Handbook" by Claire Wolfe. (She of Backwoods Home fame) There were some pretty good ideas in it and she broke it down into different "types" such as a Mole or maybe one was a "Ghost". I don't remember exactly anymore. Actually I was just thinking about picking up another copy for grins.

 

I'm young enough to still have larger movements, thank gawd.
