OK--as I suspected ... there are just too many potential variables involved to succinctly answer your question, A-O-G. What we can say is that the average pork chop as they come out of the can should weigh about 1.5 oz. Once they are fully rehydrated, they should weigh about 6 oz. each. How much a chop will weigh after you cook it depends on whether you grill it, bake, fry, saute, or boil in stew (and of course how long you cook it for in some of these methods). Essentially, once rehydrated, these chops are exactly the same chops you might buy out of your grocer's meat case.
