Looks like random loonieness. If any of these whack jobs ever do get organized and go after infrastructure instead people we may be in trouble.

Full moon... the real terrorists are the Judas goats of the main stream media who are leading us to slaughter.

can't argue with either of you..
it just means that individually and as groups, folks should be preparing for the
    stuff that is coming.

Could be a test run to see the reaction times and procedures. The one in NYC was deemed intentional. From what I learned in my terrorism class, suburbia has slower response times. So in following the Days of Wrath book scenario, it would be multiple hits in what I would call secondary areas. I was watching the NYC news coverage last night and saw all the lookie-loos. One of the top ten rules of a terror event is do not be a lookie-loo because if thee is a second wave attack, you will be a victim.

I knew - I knew - when he started bringing them in that this was going to happen. Right now? It's only the beginning of what I will describe as a, 'conglomerate of terror'; and, while things continue to get worse and worse, the perverse establishment cartel is going to, quite illogically, continue to attack our Second Amendment rights, continue to try to confiscate our guns; and, thereafter, leave us totally defenseless while these imported foreign bastards are all around us, seething for revenge, and right here at home!

(You don't think any of this is deliberate; do you?)

Just the tip of the ice-burg, and I'm sure that given the present condition of our society there will be a continuation of such horrible incidents.

So, what should Monkeys do? Defend yourself at all times, of course.

The government answer is that we clearly need more unscreened Syrian refugees.

You can't say they didn't know that stirring conflict there would't bring them here.

I just listen to the Politicos in NYC, give their Morning News Conference..... Basically they all said, " We do NOT know Shit, but we are deploying Massive Response Personnel. Please bare with us while we Find Out Shit, and when we Know some shit, we will tell You, IF it doesn't tip off the Bad Guys, who we WILL Find, and Bring to Justice...."
Barn Door NOW Closed, Cow already GONE....
The Newsies, basically are nothing more than a Parrot, of the Politicos... "Don't Know Shit, Trying to find out Shit, We will tell you Shit, just was soon as We Know Shit, if the Politicos tell us Shit, IF they find out, any Shit..." Bla, Bla, Bla......

Goebbels did quite well in Germany in the 1930's and early 40's with out computers, mass media, computers, focus groups and such. With all the new tools they have now, the ministry of dis information can convince us to believe almost anything. I almost believe that the modern "tin foil hat" available at your friendly neighborhood mega mart comes with a built in amplifier to make it easier to control you. The powers that be sure seem to be able to use all of the actions of the crazies to enable their desired agendas.

Reading the headlines on Drudge it looks like there are links between the bombings and other events. There are also links to ISIS and Islam. There was also a knife attack. in Minnesota: News from The Associated Press

Terrorism only works if one let's themselves become gripped by the fear of being killed by an act of violence.
My opinion of terrorism is meh, we still have way less deaths here per capita than the European countries. I stand a better chance of dying by getting hit by a semi hauling hogs on Monday morning or getting hit by lightning .. so I'm not going to worry.

That said, I don't go to the mall, huge ass music shows nor art festivals where they claim it to be a gun free zone. I'm not stupid enough to tempt fate.

I'll just keep on keeping on.

All of the training I have been receiving shoot to stop the threat, this shows that the threat is not stopped until the heartbeat stops.

"The suspect falling and getting back up three times, and at one point lunging toward Falconer."

    /////////////////
Family ID's attacker behind 'potential act of terrorism' in St. Cloud
The officer who killed the suspect was identified as Jason Falconer, a former police chief in nearby Albany.

“The officer’s life was clearly in danger,” Kleis said, pointing to interior surveillance video that shows the officer shooting, and the suspect falling and getting back up three times, and at one point lunging toward Falconer.

Alerted to the praise for his actions coming from Gov. Mark Dayton and Sen. Amy Klobuchar for his actions inside the mall, Falconer said Sunday afternoon, “I’ve been trying to stay away from it all, for the time being.”

Falconer, a firearms trainer and permit to carry advocate, owns Tactical Advantage and Tactical Firearms Training in Waite Park, His professional biography says he “specializes in reality-based firearms, law enforcement and personal security training.”

The lame stream media said "he was an off duty cop".
So was he "off duty" or off the force all together, because to me "former police chief" usually means "retired". And a retired cop is just a civilian (who can usually call in police type favors).

I don't know if it's still taught but when my dad was in the Law Enforcement program in college (training to be a cop), it was "Two in the chest and one in the head". If you hit them twice in the chest and they get back up, take the head shot. They also spent a LOT of time on the range and in "real life" training, including the equiv of a shot of epinephrine to get the heart rate going and still being able to actually make a head shot on a moving target.

If my life is in danger, I'd like to think I could hit that target but realistically I'd probably just end up pumping rounds into the chest due to size of center mass.

That's also why my preferred carry piece is a full size 1911 (yes, I'm actually large enough to pull it off. If I hit them with the .45, it's going to sting a might more than the 9mm I have as my other subcompact carry piece.

I wonder what his weapon of choice was.... to allow the perp to get back up three times.... carry what will get the job done with well placed shot's...

Service training taught us the Mozambique technique, and I have found through experience AND in civilian firearms training that this is by far the most effective means at stopping a threat while being forced to using only a handgun! Start at the Groin, bottom center mass and recoil brings the shot string up the chest and through the face and ideally ends at the forehead! I also carry a full size double stack 1911 series pistol in the extremely powerful 10 mm auto as I don't care about being P.C. about things, and I want the most capable pistol round I can get if I have to work some dude over shouting Allah SnackBar wearing body armor!!! The fact I can also kill a Freightliner is extra nice when his buddies decide to drive a box van down the street loaded down with Diesel and Ammonium Sulfate!!! When your life is on the line, why choose less gun, especially when it's likely the only gun you have ON YOU!

What is with this "Ammonium Sulfate"??? If your thinking ANFO that is Ammonium Nitrate & Fuel Oil..... Which is a Class A Blasting Agent.... and NOT Cap Sensitive....
