It was the State Dept, not the CIA that supplied them to our sworn enemies, because Petraeus wouldn't supply these deadly weapons due to their potential use on commercial aircraft. Then, Obama threw Gen. Petraeus under the bus after he refused to testify that he OK'd the BS talking points about a spontaneous uprising due to a Youtube video. Obama and Hillary committed treason...and THIS is what the investigation is all about, why she had a private server, (in order to delete the digital evidence), and why Obama, two weeks after the attack, told the UN that the attack was because of a Youtube video, even though everyone knew it was not. Further...the Taliban knew that this administration aided and abetted the enemy without Congressional approval when Boehner created the Select Cmte, and the Taliban began pushing the Obama Administration for the release of 5 Taliban Generals. Bowe Bergdahl was just a pawn...everyone KNEW he was a traitor. So we have a traitor as POTUS that is not only corrupt, but compromised...and a woman that is a serial liar, perjured herself multiple times at the Hearing whom is running for POTUS. Only the Dems, with their hands out, palms up, will support her. Perhaps this is why no military aircraft was called in...because the administration knew our enemies had Stingers.
It sounds viable and I think everyone knows there was something going on the question was what could been going on that was so important that they would put all those American lives at risk. But frankly, we'll never know the entire story. And, now we get her as our president. Our leader. Makes me sick to even think of it.
Considering the destruction of the county by various means, and the ethics, and morals or lack there of of all the traitorous bashtards in the administration and abetting them in congress this scenario is not all that far fetched! Not to long ago a poll showed 81% of the people distrusted the government. Is it any wonder, when Mr Odumbmass the not so great clains he is going to have the most Transparent Administration ever .... and sadly it is so only because of Snowden, wikileaks, and Russian hackers

Don't know the real story and we probably never will. Saw a report on the military response to the planes that were hi jacked on 9-11. Four fighters were finally sent up, two with no missiles or ammo, sent the wrong places, and no one was willing or able to authorize them to shoot down a civilian air liner full of people. I would imagine that the same thing happened with Benghazi and no one wanted to see the next version of Blackhawk Down playing on TV. The response to nearly ever situation faced by the military in the last 20 or 30 years has to retire, fire, punish, everyone who makes a decision and cover your butt. Talk loud on the TV and keep the stick locked up. No one was punished for doing nothing, including Hitalry, but if an operation was launched, a chopper shot down or troops over run, and 4 were rescued, but 10 - 20 others lost or captured, it would have been career ending. They have gotten rid of most of the officers with any guts or initiative and the situation like that has become the norm. No deep dark secrets, no massive planning, just plain idiots not willing to make a decision and stick to it. Our foreign policy is a whimper and not a roar and being made by a bunch of political hacks.

" The "real" story seems to be little more than the mere opinion of an unidentified source who has not provided any confirmed, corroborated evidence referenced to any reliable, credible source. However, some folk will choose to believe it whether the "real story" is true or not: which of course is what the author of this tripe is hoping for.
@chelloveck I don't know chello, it's about as good as any of the other crap we've heard offline, online or whatever. I don't think anyone totally believes anything anymore unless you see it with your own eyes and even then it's 'trust but verify.' People can only be burned so many times before they start to smell the burning flesh and feel the blisters. The point is we will never know the true story. @duane I concur. I think it started with Carter way back when. Iran had hostages and we finally got our act together to go get them. You guys remember, right? Then, there was an accident in the desert where the helicopters were refueling and loss of life so Carter pulled the plug on the mission. One would like to think that if you were taken your country would come get you but in all honesty that is no longer the case. Hell, when you are overseas, try to get the Embassy or Consulate to even help you. You got about a 50-50 chance, if it's not an American or Host Nation holiday, on the specific day they do those things and within the specific hours, and they feel like doing it. I have a very, very low regard for the State Department and the words pampered and pompous come to mind followed by incompetent.
Agreed, but believing what is served up, just because it agrees with one's preconceived notions on the matter is not a particularly reliable way of arriving at what is real, and what is true. That particular human weakness has been exploited consistently by those who have no reason in having the truth or reality (other than the particular one they are promoting) being revealed. People who are burned a number of times may have to investigate the mechanisms by which they seem to be repeatedly burned. That kind of self introspection and critique can be difficult for some to do. It can be painful to one's ego to recognize that that they were had. A healthy degree of skeptical enquiry probably helps.
Ah! But, we Americans no longer believe anymore...we no longer believe in anything anymore...nothing...well, perhaps ourselves but some, I am sure, not even that. So, if you asked any Americans on this forum if they believed in that tripe they would say, "No." But, if you asked them if it is possible, they would say, "Yes." Why? Because we have had so much hocus pocus stuff down our throats that the improbable and even the impossible can easily become the possible which is but a short step to reality. Truth? It is all how you spin it. Ask our soon to be crowned Queen Hillary. Reality no longer matters, its relative, how you perceive it, how you swallow it - whole or bite size or "go large" and take big gulps - truth is what we are fed, nothing more and nothing less. That is what goes in the History book. There is no such thing as truth, not for us...and it really doesn't matter...because they cannot tell us the truth and even if they could we could never believe them - never again. Ever. It's hard to explain. It almost hateful. They hate us but must tolerate us while we feel the same but search for a solution to rid ourselves of them (Good luck, smucks!). Yet, they are a cancer and want more and more and will not go quietly... So...so what is the truth? We will never know...so one lie is as good as the next. Sad...but true. And, on that, my Australian friend, I rest my case and adjure to bed.
