I thought I would bypass the long lines on Tuesday by going and voting early. Boy was I wrong, I had to wait about 30 minutes, which to most is not that long, but in a county of only about 45,000 it's along time. I over heard some of the people working at the county election board saying that they have had more early voters in this election than they can remember. I would advise to, if you can, go and vote early. Here in Oklahoma you can vote the 3rd through the 5th. The hours for the Thursday the 3rd and Friday the 4th are 8 am to 6pm, and the Saturday the 5th 9am to 2pm.

How many times were you allowed ?
So if you go back tomorrow , can you vote again .
UP here we get one voting card to use per person

I really dont know. You have to sign a paper that says you have not voted by mail. They print off something I really didnt look at it much, and put on your paper that you signed and take back to get your ballot. I'm guessing that the label they stuck on the sheet of paper is some thing that would allow them to know if you have already voted. I did have to show my ID and voter card to get my ballot.

Did they take the voter card away ? once they gave you your ballot ?
so dead folks voting is fake voter cards ?

The votes in my area are not entered and counted until election day so I vote at a polling place the day of election.
If I send in my vote will it actually be entered?
    Will it be doctored?

When I place it into the machine and see it go from 223 to 224 I have some confidence that my vote is being entered.
Plus my wife earns an extra pay check as a poll worker:)

    No I still have it.

I put my in the machine right there at the county election board. Dont think they can alter it at that point.

We 'mailed' our ballots in yesterday, mailed in quotations because we just put them in one of the drop off spots for them around town. My first thought was to just write obscenities all over my ballot and turn it in like that, but I filled it out properly, now just to see the reactions on Tuesday. What's funny is that Tuesday for us is trash day to get it ready to be picked up on Wednesday morning.
