    There's just a lot more hoops to jump through in my country. Open carry, concealed carry, etc. are currently just terms that have little meaning here.

    It's a very fair opening assumption that any given monkey owns something that goes bang. Even so, there are some that we know don't (currently) own a bang stick. So far as carry goes, well, don't bet against.
