It seems that a breeze has rolled in and lifted the drapes a bit with the DNC hacks. Those who happened to be looking in the right direction caught a good glimpse of the man behind the curtain. The rest who were looking the other way, distracted by their tv shows and social media, seem to have a prevailing disbelief in the man behind the curtain. Without help, I fear they will never see him until he does what he is there to do. You might feel safe with the new mayor of Oz running the show (Trump) but the curtain has settled and you would think he would be doing more to expose the man behind the curtain by now. It seems like the only way to help everyone see is by going person to person and turning them around while lifting that curtain for them. Still it's up to them to make the effort to look and understand what they see.

I want to do more to expose the man behind the curtain. Any ideas on effective ways to do that?

Watching the video clips of Donaldo's cabinet picks at their confirmation hearings is disturbing enough....fortunately for Donaldo, chutzpah is not in short supply with any of them.....or himself. No need for a Death Star, Donaldo's team could achieve much with the dark side of the force with chutzpah alone!

The Extraordinary Chutzpah of Donald Trump

The thing with stage magicians, and politicians of Trumpery's ilk, is not to be taken in by the smoke and mirrors, and for audiences not to grant the political prestidigitators the willful suspension of disbelief.

Thats why Trump is different. He is not a politician. Keep doing the same stupid things, your going to get the same stupid results.

So we should stop letting the uneducated populace vote.
    Bring back the poll tests!

The Founding Fathers said so, and not only that, but limited the electorate to land owners. The franchise has been, ah, opened up over the years. Obviously. Fact is, I don't agree with unlimited franchise, but what the criteria should be is not to be found under my hairline.

IIRC voting was tied to land ownership at first then expanded to include the gainfully employed...

there were some that were not allowed to vote... thinkin seemed to be if your not helping pull the wagon...

then ya had no right to direct the wagon...

LBJ came along and made it one man one vote... also created the welfare state we have now...

his famous war on poverty put many on the government plantation...

As opposed to G Dubya, whose war on terror merely planted a whole bunch of service personnel in places like Iraq and Afghanistan. A very expensive government job creation scheme. Taxpayers will be funding vets benefits (quite rightly) for decades; but the up side is, that Haliburton stock holders got excellent war dividends.

I'd be happy if voting was restricted to legal citizens who are still alive
