Finally some facts about all this Immigration BS... The following is from Judge Napolitano and is written in clear English citing dates, statues and regulations. Please read the entire article and be informed. All this crap that is happening is due to some 'so called' Judge who made a ruling based on politics and not law and by doing so undermined the nation and its citizens. There is also another article showing a Bill that is being put forward to split up the 'nutty' 9th Circuit Court of Appeals of which this 'so called' Judge is part and pull some of its teeth (I squealed with glee when I read this!). It would also remove my state, Idaho, from falling under these idiots creating a new 12th Circuit. Frankly, I cannot believe this has happened and nothing can be done against this Judge to remove him. Pay special attention to the precondition called 'Standing.' Furthermore, after reading this, I would like it explained to me how the President's act could be in any way, shape or form illegal. "A 1952 federal statute permits the president to suspend the immigration status of any person or group whose entry into the United States might impair public health or safety or national security. Trump exercised that authority in accordance with the 1952 law when he signed his Jan. 27 order banning all immigration from the seven named countries." EDIT: I would add one last thing, this 'so called' judge made the bold statement of saying no arrests of foreign nationals from these countries have been made since 9/11. He nor the DOJ are cleared or privy to the information of how many have been killed, detained, or stopped in some other fashion (thrown in another country's prison for example). I could be totally off base on this, but one would assume that a federal judge would have to take an oath to support and defend the Constitution (the freakin Law of the Land. .... That is all of the USA you damn stupid liberals), against all enemies foreign and domestic. So if a federal judge did take that oath, he or she would be in violation of the oath they took to hold the position they have. Why can a judge who LIES in taking their oath, not be impeached. They are not there to bow to the will of the masses, or to make law. They are to make judgments strictly on the letter of the law!
They have been 'unglued' for many a year now anyway so frankly I don't think they can get any worse. Personally, I would love to see them more unglued and go just a bit too far so they could either be shot or incarcerated. I don't know what they are but they are no longer Americans in my eyes, maybe vermin. Horrible thing to say but I've been driven to it by their actions...

In several States, we have State A.G's writing, and enforcing law with out judicial review or any over over site, and out west, you have the Nutty 9th upholding these rulings. Look west of you, Olympia has a great big pompous ass making laws and pushing the anti libtard agenda for the elites. What bothers me is State A.G.s making laws, Gov'ners making laws and "emergency actions, and all these other political maneuverings out side the Constitution, and NO ONE IS STOPPING THEM!!! @T. Riley unfortunately I think what you said above is true, there are fanatics that are defending the faith. They believe that they are fighting fascism. The problem with fanatics is ... they can't hear what is actually being said, only what they want to hear.
