Finding cool useful things to share with my fellow monkeys is my self imposed penance for stirring the political pot...
Good post. If you can plug that dryer into your neighbor's outlet via extension cord, it could be even more satisfying.
LOL! You should probably go find more cool things to share, the pot has been stirred quite a lot lately. jk
I'm here ta tell ya it works. I have seen this/used this on many drilling rig locations in the past. With the power plants they use the biggest issue is who's turn is it to buy the next hair dryer when they run to town.. Great post Chell-penance paid if ya toss in a couple of "Our Fathers" for the cause
Probably more like "Our Dawkins who art heavenless" Not that Dick Dawkins is my favourite secularist....he has a habit of filling his mouth with his feet at times, and when his mouth is feetless, he comes off as a smarmy pratt. His science is spot on, which makes the dilemma a bit harder...but, I have to go with the science over him as a smarty pants twat.
I've seen loads of dryers but the best ones load the boot horizontally letting the heated moist air out faster. (Hot air goes up) they do it in ski shops . If your heating it like a hot air balloon , naturally it will take longer. the place stinks crazy but the boots are genuinely dry in just a few minuets . they have to be fast with the turn over of clientele renting skis and boots .
Cool beans. Thanks for the pics. There are a lot of things made from PVC pipe that are useful.... Musical, even
