Hello world, I'm a new member. Looking forward to talking to you all. Lots of great stuff here. Like most of you I'm a SHTF kind of guy. Finally at a place in my life where I can prep properly and build and expand on what I know. Communications is a hobby and passion of mine. Also alternative internets like TOR, Freenet, AMPRnet, etc. are all very interesting to me. Naturally the MonkeyNet will now be added to that list. Have fun y'all!

Tor(The Onion Router) anonymizes your IP address by bouncing it through relays. It also has sites of it's own, called "hidden services". If you want to be as secure as possible, set up and connect to a vpn first, then load the TOR browser. TOR only anonymizes, it does not encrypt.
