How you know when you win an argument with a liberal?

When you agree with them and they still insist you are wrong.

Usually when they begin name-calling, they've lost and have nothing to fall back on. Happens at the very beginnings of most debates with leftists.

 

When they're on the floor bleeding out...

Actually, life is too short to even bother with liberals.

Exposed to enough intelligent reading material and out side information I have actually seen a few wake up.
It's those determined to ignore every thing, and have a group of friends that support their issues .
Some don't seem to actually know what it is they are objecting to.
However , i know some that actually want to see the end of the US.

 

Funny things happen when a liberal finds them self away from their group of like minded sheeple! They get all flustered and angry when calmly presented with facts and opinions! I was confronted by a Liberal Gun owner the other day at the LGS, This dude was all about hunting with his uber expensive upland Double Shot Guns and his ultra custom hunting rifles, but he was so aghast that any one would want or feel the need to own a fighting rifle! I took my time with this one, made him bleed facts, then moved in for the kill with logic! I thought his head was going to explode. Turns out he is a Vietnam vet and his belief is that you and I shouldn't be allowed to own something based solely on the "Fact" that one of these tools is meant for killing as many as fast as possible! I dropped a Logic J.D.A.M. on his ass when I asked him how many bullets he fired from his M-16 vs how many times he and his buddies actually hit anything? Sure buddy, Only good for killing lots and lots of people as fast as possible. I heard he is coming back to look an a really nice M-1 Carbine they have, Gotta start some where!

 

meh....its just a tribal joke at the expense of a tribe you and perhaps others dislike and disdain....a test of whether the joke is actually funny, or even that it may have some smidgen of verity to it, is to turn the joke on its head....

The joke is for the affirmation of conservatives, conservative values and conservative ways of thinking about the other ("liberals"); It relies for it's comedic effect on the audience's prejudices concerning "liberals". It's an in-joke purely for the benefit of "conservatives"...a pretty dumb, and unsubtle one at that.

 

Works for me either way.

 

My critique still stands, even with regards to the inverted form....just that the prejudices and stereotypes are polar reverse...it doesn't matter which tribe is telling the joke at which different tribe's expense...it's still a dumb, unsubtle joke.

As the forum's newest Liberal representative, let me start by saying that although I own an assortment of fighting arms and more ammunition than most Bass Pro Shoppes, We have little interest in facts. Winning an argument with you conservative racist bigots is a total waste of time because you just refuse to drink the coolaid. Why is it so important for you idiots to be correct? Living in a delusional world seen through Rosie colored glasses has it's advantages. Now you've got me upset so I shall go eat cookies made with some of this grand medical marijuana and tune into CNN to find out again, just how ignorant the majority of Americans are. Just you wait until we get all our Mexicans amnesty.

 

Neither: We have both come to an agreement without declaring the other wrong. Nor are we both conservatives by the same measure. Neither of us are stupid enough to come to an agreement, and then claim the other still wrong, in the knowldege of that fact...we have both won...even if perhaps we may be uncertain as to why we agree.

 

You liberals are even more sceptical of the alternative facts that your nemesis Don TRunpet and his dastardly minions seem to be banging on about....what's with that??? Surely you should be swollowing the STrumpet coolaid just like all those 'servatives seem to be doing.
