Krispy Kreme is celebrating its 80th anniversary by selling a dozen glazed doughnuts for 80 cents. Yes, that's right! Even Shaq is celebrating. But, there is a catch: You'll need to purchase a full order of a dozen doughnuts in order to receive the 80-cent deal. You're only able to cash in the deal for their original glazed doughnuts, although the full-priced dozen can be any flavor of your choice. The deal starts on Friday, July 14th at most Krispy Kreme standalone locations in the US and Canada. Krispy Kreme celebrates the big 80 with dozen doughnuts for 80 cents on July 14
Samn you Krispy kreme the closest one is half way across the state! Their original plain glazed are awesome when they are hot and just melt in your mouth.
And the great debate continues.. Krispy Kreme or Dunkin? I vote Dunkin and Sass is firmly in the KK corner.(I suspect it's because of the Southern roots) This is an on going, but good natured debate in our household. Dunkin's coffee is better. Many schools, clubs, churches, ect here sell KK donuts as fundraisers. Of course we all know Timmy's has the best coffee/donuts but I'm a bit too far south to get them.
My old IT office had a thing about someone occasionally bringing in a box or two of donuts. I guess this will work well for them.
Good deal, but I bet you will be lined up a mile to get that box of donuts All our Dunkin Donuts went out of business at the same several years ago. We have a Krispy Kreme, but I would take Dunkin back in a heartbeat. Probably a good thing they closed up shop, probably saved me 50 lbs. There is an exceptional donut shop about 25 minutes away. It's a mom & pop place run by an elderly Vietnamese couple. They are always sold out by 10:00 AM.
The price of doughnuts, I have been directed by my Doctor, can not be measured in Republic Credits. As per another: Deep fried, chocolate covered, with whipped cream and sprinkles on top.
