Here is a easy way to catch fish bait it's called work grunting and with a little practice you can be your own work whisper.

Charles Darwin was a worm grunter....

Judging from Charles Dawin's experiments with earthworms in testing their reactions to music, one may conclude that earthworms may be tone deaf, or cultural Philistines. However, judging from earth worm responses to worm grunting techniques, they do respond to good vibrations. ;)

As I said....good vibrations. ;) Chuck did quite a bit of research into earthworms...I think they were Chucky's favourite critters.

I am lazy I have a hot rod and I have a ground rod and a 100 feet of cord. Stick rods in ground, walk to outlet plug in, drink a beer, have a smoke, unplug, get coffee can and collect worms :)

I learned one day while bleaching a concrete porch another effective way to get worms real fast... it all started when I began spraying water on the porch to wash the bleach away. They almost shot out of the ground to get away from the bleach. I collected them and moved them to a nice cool spot in the garden after hosing them down to remove all traces of the bleach. Worms are good for your soil so no reason to harm them.

A friend of mine did almost the same thing...except he forgot the important unplug step...didn't know he could dance so well!

YEp the unplug is the most important part. The tingle zone is a pretty fair radius.

I believe it's called the Tesla Tango, or an Edison 'Electric Slide'....

The four steps back...are probably the most important...b::

More fun to write your name in the neighbors manicured lawn with hydraulic oil.......... Stays there for a long long time like years.

Although I jokingly refer to the Tesla Tango, and the Edison 'Electric Slide'.......first responders, particularly firemen (because they are often carrying hoses, charged with a splendid conductor (percolating hose perhaps?), have a particular way of 'shuffling' their way towards accident victims who may be within the energised zone . (all electrical wires / cables at an accident site should be assumed live). shuffling with feet together, no closer than until the feet start tingling....then, when the decision is made that discretion is the better part of valour, and self preservation....the shuffle back in the same manner until well outside of the energised zone.

my grandfather taught me do do that with a worm that resembles a red crawler, the problem is they are very delicate fish back and not as good as a real red crawler, I cant remember the name of those skimmer worms. Having said that, if you need bait they will work
