I'm wanting some optics for my AR that will allow quick target acquisition for close range as well as good accuracy with magnification for longer ranges.

Anybody ever try one of these?

    Awfully expensive though.

The ACOG is top of the line stuff, I think Melbo has one.

Top of the line stuff and they will take a beating and keep on target !!

As much as I'd like to have one, I can't justify dropping the coin on one.

Melbo has a few of them as well as the reflex site

I have shot the TriPower, ACOG & Reflex. It all depends on distance. Reflex is a both eye open and closer range sight.

You should PM melbo as I think his are only slightly used and priced accordingly in comparison to a brand new one.

    I do.

I have about 17 post it notes for pics I need to take and I need to get to it. REFLEX II is awesome. ACOG 4X is super. Tri Power is akin to an Aimpoint.

All 3 are rock solid and I have a few of each. I haven't posted any for sale yet but am getting there.

Geez M, looks like I am going to have to start putting back some $$$.
I'll be working 1 day for me, 1 day for Uncle Sam, 2 days for Melbo....1 day for me, 1 day for Uncle Sam, 2 days for Melbo..........

If I could only figure out a way to make "Melbo's Garage Sale" a tax deduction.......maybe a charity contribution!!!!!
