Tannerite for the 4th

    Well, I was getting impatient waiting on dark to shoot fireworks so I decided to see if a .22 would set off a bottle of Tannerite. I used CCI Stingers and was disappointed to see that it didn't ignite. I told Bug that the .22 wouldn't set it off so she suggested that I try the .44 or .88...heheh...
    reminds me of when I searching the house for mink oil to do my boots. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. Her response? "I done oiled them minks!"
    She seemed to to think it made perfect sense to try the .223 next on the Tannerite but said that should get out a .224 or a .225 just in case.

    Yeah it takes the energy of a larger round to set it off...I think min .223:D
