You have inspired me. I'm gunna try making cloud bread and fathead pizza dough this weekend. Recipies everywhere on the Internet - any tips or tricks?
I have religiously kept away from this thread for a reason... I am now experiencing a Pavlovian response and therefore need to go preheat the Treager.
Fathead dough. I used the recipe from headbangers kitchen, dont have a microwave so did on stove top and worked just fine. wet hands and press quite thin for a good thin crust. Put on non stick/parchment paper to cook . Cloud buns, Ive found you dont need to be really pressise with the messurements as long as its aprox. But 1 make sure to whip the eggwhites really stiff 2 cook right away. The mix dosent handle sitting for any time before cooking. So have your oven & cooking tray all ready, then do the mix
More holiday noms..... Chicken tikka somethingorother on the bbq Served with grilled veggies, keto coconut “nan/flatbreads” and mint/cucumber sauce. Pepperoni, salami, mushroom, smoked mozzerela, sundried tomatoes & olives pizza (fathead dough) topped with fresh basil.
And back to our regularly scheduled noms... Dry rub Cajun pork spareribs, bacon fried turnip greens, avocado & baby toms. Sirloin steak with a heap of garlic fried chanterelles, pepper cream sauce and butter & bacon rainbow chard.
Ribeye steak, halomi fries, coleslaw and bacon fried beet greens Spare ribs, coleslaw and rainbow chard Filet steak, nasturtium & tomato saled with aspargus and halomi fries Pizza... I think it was venison salami and shiitake mushroom That will be the pepperoni pizza.
Delmonaco steak and giant scallop , grilled aspartigus, green tomato and courgette, nasturtium salad with mustard dressing. Baked Hake, chanterrels and smoked pancetta with béchamel sauce (split so dosent look right but tasted fine) bacon & butter fried spinach, parmesan asparagus
Bacon wrapped pigon breast with shiitaki mushroom, rosemary, juniper berry and garlic glaze, creamed spinnach
