You have inspired me. I'm gunna try making cloud bread and fathead pizza dough this weekend. Recipies everywhere on the Internet - any tips or tricks?

 

Fathead dough.
I used the recipe from headbangers kitchen, dont have a microwave so did on stove top and worked just fine. wet hands and press quite thin for a good thin crust. Put on non stick/parchment paper to cook .

Ive found you dont need to be really pressise with the messurements as long as its aprox. But
1 make sure to whip the eggwhites really stiff
2 cook right away. The mix dosent handle sitting for any time before cooking. So have your oven & cooking tray all ready, then do the mix
