An abbreviated White Tominator 12 gauge shotgun with Hastings .665 Super Turkey choke with a pistol gripped, side folder stock. Should be just the ticket for traveling light to a turkey hunt. An imaginative gun like this requires lots of fill and fiberglass. Final finish is black Dura-Coat on both stock and barreled action. It’s lightweight, about 6 lbs. Use the same load recommended for any Tominator; up to 110 grains black powder or substitute, two 1/8th inch woven wool wads, a BP-12 shot cup sliced with 4 petals, up to 1 7/8th ounces shot then another wonder wad or card top wad. The Super-Turkey choke will get you 90% first shot patterns!!!

Best thing to have to upset TSA or anti gun legislation folks... now all you need is a 12 gauge silencer to complete the package...

Well I am sure that someone will love it and buy it...just not me.
I am all for innovation and "out of the box" thinking...but I like my muzzleloaders to be more on the traditional or original side of the coin , so to speak.
That said ....its good that we are not restricted to my likes and dislikes in firearms...'cause then we would all have the same gun and where would the fun in that be...? :D

If you really want to play with people and muzzle loaders, fire one in low light with a very light bullet or just a wad. The first impression I had the first time I saw it done was that it was some kind of flame thrower. It really got my attention as does the larger cal black powder pistols til this day, they are flashy, noisy, create a lot of smoke, and with real black powder, they stink..

Isn't it amazing to watch Old West ReInactments, where the folks are supposed to be shooting BP Revolvers at each other, but after they fire the 6 shots in their Six Shooter, they can still see each other...[lolol] In real life, the BP Smoke would obscure the scene for at least 3 or 4 minutes....

I nearly had a similar experience when my wife came home unexpected and caught me heating parts for muzzle loaders up to 250 in the oven as part of the browning process, that still was a lot less of a problem than taking the preservatives out of a SKS stock. Built an insulated box with a paint stripper for heat and controlled heat in basement to keep her happy. My apologizes to the ladies, but sometimes we men do stray from the straight and narrow when firearms are involved.

Ammo is my problem I have it under the bed,in ammo boxs,in a closet, almost every were there is a hiding place. After 50 yrs marriage I moved into the spare bedroom just to have more room. She was mad for weeks, said she was leaving the whole nine yards. Wanted to know why I didn’t love her,I told her the reason I moved was I did still love her. I told her I saved her from going to prison for life because if she knew what was in there she would kill me dead.

B.P. once saved my beans up in Arkansas.
I shot at a huge black hog coming down a hill in the woods, Problem being he was a bit to far away so all i did was make it mad.
The son of a gun charged me as i was looking under the plum of smoke!
It gets about 30 yards from me when it steps in an hole,Cuts a flip, Gets up and charges off in the opposite direction.
Needless to say I beat feet back to the truck 250 yards away!

    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

That scatter shooting smokepole just needs a little filigree and a sidesaddle full of copper preloads to be full bore steampunk grade Æ!

It was AlaskaChick’s idea to use the kitchen oven to preheat the barrel, on my .50cal Hawkin Rifle when I built it all those decades ago... She was never “Gun Person” before she hooked up with me... But after a few years, with trips to the Woods, to shoot, and camp... She found that it was fun, and a challenge... I took her to a “ Ronevou” up in the cascades one spring, she was hooked on BP Shooting... and modern weapons soon followed, and the rest is long forgotten History....
