    Thanks for the kind words and understanding. I am pretty disappointed that my turn around on these have been kind of long on a few orders.

    Some of you have asked for refunds and I dont blame you. My goal is to get my service up to par with my product.

    I too am having the same problems as Minuteman with my order being filled. If I see the product [already payed for] I will give him my support as well...but I'm still waiting.
