    Today, the wind blew. It BLEW! So bad, the gov't agency I work for said for us to stay home today and until 8 a.m. Thursday. A couple of tornadoes not too far away, one or 2 dead. We NEVER get tornadoes down here.

    Sweetie and I were supposed to go to Lubbock today, a 3 hour trip, but we've postponed until tomorrow. Bad winds. VERY bad winds. Half our town is out of electricity today. Wow. Just wow!

    It ripped the roof off a building in town.
    No storm at the time.
