I think the Donald and friends tap dancingfest has attracted much of the MSM's attention, leaving all of the terrible things that bad religious actors are doing to the 'persecuted' for niche digital rags to harrumph about...good that your trawling of outrageous news stories is bearing fruit for the appalled. I really should get off my backside and start revealing the Christian parade of horribles that aren't getting enough MSM attention.
Those who direct the msm/lsm, ie; purveyors of propaganda, came of age in the late 60's, and their psychies, such as they are, were formed in the insanities of that time. The same loose group also make up the chairs and boards at all the "learning" establishments. Thus we see the treasonous behavior of the seditious riff-raff spewed from the nether orifices of our schools. We should completely prohibit all non-STEM curricula, and let the devotees of ABCDLGBQTWXYZ philosophies dig ditches or polish outhouses. Assuming they could be trusted with such tasks. They belong nowhere near any educational facility except, maybe, cleaning the rest rooms.
Who can believe anything with all the lying? Journalism is dead. Its all about people with an agenda and pushing that agenda on others. The left is big on pushing HATE. A lot of Cloward and Piven stuff going on right now.
There are plenty of 'news aggregator' site that allow you to look at 'local reporting' that normally doesn't make it to the national news because it doesn't fit their agenda.
Always keep in mind that news is first and foremost a business. It's all about ad revenue and over the course of the many decades since TVs became popular/affordable the "the news" had devolved into entertainment. If you tell people what they don't want to hear they change to a different channel and they lose revenue. In order to keep high ratings you must also sensationalize at every opportunity so "Orange Man Bad" and "Imminent Disaster Caused By People We Don't Like" stories top the list along with what child actor is now gay and fortyish actresses showing off their new bikini bodies top the list. The standards of Journalism have also fallen to the point where there are no longer standards. I'd be surprised if the words "unbiased" or "factual" come up on any lesson plan in today's colleges. I haven't seen a straight story in decades outside a newspaper and years for one of those. Journalism so longer mandates that you present the facts to the audience and let them make up their own minds. Naturally left leaning educators produce left leaning results when the diplomas get handed out. As control has shifted to the left we now have condescending talking heads who think we are so uneducated and naive that we need them to tell us how to interpret the facts. Thus everything is editorialized so we don't have to struggle to the correct conclusion with out teeny tiny brains.
