I was listening to someone online talk about Trump saying something about the military being used to give everyone their COVID-19 shot. Who thinks this is ok? Does anyone want to be the first one to get their shot? I bet any vaccine will be more dangerous than COVID is.
Back in May, Trump was quoted as saying the new vaccine would be for "those who want to get it." Source lifesitenews MSM did a similar report also in May stating Trump would mobilize the military to distribute the vaccine. They left out the part about him saying it would be voluntary. A week later The Hill ran the same article. By "distribute" I take it to mean deliver to health care workers, over just putting the vaccines in the mail and trusting the USPS grunts to get them where they need to go. "Administrate" is never used. Source MSN, The Hill More recent reports claim that Trump has no such plan in place. https://taskandpurpose.com/news/coronavirus-vaccine-trump?jwsource=cl All I see are articles about distribution.
in an interview POTUS said he would volunteer to take the vaccine first to prove it is safe enuff to take or to take it last so as not to appear to be thinking only of himself or sumthin along those lines .. .. yep we gots a linky .. .. meanwhile russia is already vaccinatin folks with experimental vaccines and russian bots are spreading false info to get more folks in the West to die, think about that fer a minute .. .. chinese c c p bots are also spreadin misinformation .. ..
Obviously he is trying to draw criticism from the left. The left is insisting every one get a china virus shot. If trump thinks it's a good idea then the left automatically turns against it.
Not likely. In the US there were 9 to 20 thousand deaths for swine flu, around 1,000 were childern. I don't think the vaccine killed any where near a 4 digit number. But that vaccine was absolutely fucking horrible, I don't think catching the actual virus would have been a whole lot worse.
I had swine flu back when and it was fucking horrible. One of my work colleagues was close to death from it (as I family and close friends told he would not see the night through). He survived but would have happily traded a vaccine for the illness. The worst part is we as a population actually enjoy being fed our information and few (exceptions here) actually take the time to seek the truth. Look at this example we are seeing here, demonstrably the truth was military distributing a vaccine if/when it is available vs GIVING a vaccine. Sadly we as a species have become lazy and too many (no I am not referring to the OP of this thread) are just happy to accept whenever BS lands on their screen.
Feeding the information is one thing, feeding it accurately is another entirely. Well over half the time, a headline doesn't accurately reflect the contents of the article. With the haste that seems to pervade life these days, who takes the time to actually read the article? Let's go so far as to assume the author of the article even uses the language correctly AND understands the subject matter well enough to report fact rather than a guess or sheer speculation.
if you're old enough - you probably remember the mass inoculations in the 1960s - I remember the polio deal specifically ... considering the distancing situation - that won't be happening >>> I'm guessing it'll be a combo deal with the private sector again - hospital groups across the US and maybe even the CVS/Walgreens network doing their "flu shot" deal at local stores ... it'll be a free shot to everyone - most likely they'll go with the most vulnerable getting 1st dibs >> $$$$ deal for those involved ....
If the left can pay people to burn down court houses they can pay people to get the china virus shot.
When I was in the military, we were part of the Hepatitis trial. At the time I was in a med. unit and most of us got it, as we were getting ready to deploy. No side effects and never had the hep..... now it is mainstream inoculation for all in the med. field......
.... yep accurate information is the issue. I am in the position of knowing a little first hand about many issues that appear in the MSM and can confidently say that about 30% of what I read about those is 100% accurate. I am sure that level of inaccuracy is not limited to those things I know. As recently as a few weeks ago I was interviewed by both TV and print news agencies. The TV appearance was OK but the version of the interview that appeared in print was barely recognisable as what I had said. Many things were fundamentally wrong !!! And that was the words leaving my mouth direct to the “journalist” that wrote the story. Imagine how it goes with some “distillation” through several layers.
Science can't find a cure for the common cold much less Covid 19. As far as the lamestream media goes if MSM said it was dark in a coal mine at midnight I'd still seek a second opinion.
Paid on-line trolls - the ones with a dozen logins each in order to try to make you think there are millions of them. Classic Alinsky tactic.
