Any simple night food for body weight loss?

    Please suggest some simple night food for my body weight loss. Because In the morning and noon, I only take less, but in the nighttime I eat more food, so please share your experience, how to take less food at nighttime. Any trick or natural tips???

    Intermittent fasting helps. Only eat during 8 hrs of the day and fast the rest.
    Poor little AI needs to keep practicing!

    Kefir doesn't trigger an insulin response, so I've read. Also, the juice of one lemon and two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water in a 16oz glass an hour before bed will lower your morning blood sugar, benefit your liver and improve digestion.

    latest reports are we used to eats maybe once a day and remained hungry... so to speak until the next day???

    goes back to cavemen stuff IIRC...

    the body will store fat for the lean times it seems... so eating because your hungry or bored is seldom wise... ???

    those fancy diets where ya starved yourself were totally wrong according to the microbio folks...

    seems the body does NOT realize/know you are trying to lose weight!!! all kinda red lights come on in the body when ya starve yourself...

    so when ya go back off the diet WAM the body says YAAAY we got food BUT lets store up more fat just in case this happens again!!!!

    so latest word... over weight??? you're over eating???

    claim is we should all learn to live with being slightly hungry???

    which may come about sooner then we want due to recent politics... although I bet the politicians remain fat...

    Don’t eat a meal at night, maybe a protein shake and piece of fruit. Nothing too complicated about weight loss (notice I didn’t say it’s easy). Notwithstanding a health issue/medication driving weight gain lowering you calorie intake and increasing your activity will do it.

    Work had been a bitch and I have been lazy so packed on a bit much extra. I have dropped around 20lbs since Early Oct by simply doing the above and watching what I do eat at breakfast/lunch.

    Always heard that you should eat like a King in the morning, a Prince at noon and a Peasant in the evening. Most people eat a small fast meal in the morning (maybe just coffee), then something fast and high calorie/fat for lunch (fast food), and then a large heavy meal in the evening followed by snacks till bedtime! Any wonder that they gain weight!

    What the hell are you eating at night for? Definitely stop eating after 6pm but my advice is to take your main meal at lunch, then a very light meal for dinner before 6pm. No carbs and no sugars.

    It's a bot? Why would he be asking about eating at night? Like why would anyone be interested in that?

    Hard to say if a BOT or not looking at some of the other responses to threads etc. Certainly I do not think English is our friend’s first language, that’s OK. Till he starts trying to sell miracle weight loss products or asks for help moving a billion dollars out of Nigeria then no harm no foul so far. While the motivation is unknown the reasonable responses given by most of the well intentioned members here may also be of use to others who read them, so be it.

    Glad to here you're not a bot. Anyway, sometimes reopening a "necro" thread gives the rest of us a chance to revisit our thoughts on a particular subject. As for your OP just limit yourself to one slice of cheesecake and skip the side of danish. :)

    1) get off the blood sugar roller coaster. Cut way, way, down on carbs. The BSRC is why you over eat, so short circuit it and stop the madness. Eat less carbs and counterintuitively eat more natural fats.

    2) stay hydrated

    3) get enough exercise during the day that you are tired when you go to sleep.

    4) have a night time routine. I read a few minutes then before I know it I'm out. Do not watch TV, etc., in bed.

    4-5 Brazil nuts. If you are hungry outside of an 8 hour window eat that. It will stop your hunger and increase weight loss. If you are eating outside of the 8 hour window on a regular basis then you need to fix that first.
