The FBI had this guy on a watch list so, what are they watching. And, why expend the manpower to compile a watch list if they can't keep tabs on these people. I'm tired of the great FBI saying, "Yea, we had him on a list." They might as well have the damned phone book in a drawer, call that the list and reduce the overhead.
