I have a HUGE problem with the very last question.

"What's the most important right granted to US Citizens?"
    1) Right to vote - which they said was the correct answer
    2) Right to bear arms
    3) Right to free speech

First of all, the question is a matter of opinion, and therefore invalid.

Secondly, they have fallen into the same "sheeple mindset".... that government "grants" us our rights, when it's the citizenry who dictate to the gov what powers they have. The constitution does not grant the citizens rights, it acknowledges them, and tells government what rights they aren't allowed to screw with. It's a contract for employment for our governing body.

Thirdly, I personally believe, that without the right to bear arms, you cannot be secure in the other two. So, IMO, the right to bear arms is the most important.

Yup, Blackjack that was the only question I "missed." There isn't one right that trumps all the others, but there is one right that protects all the others so I picked the 2nd amendment, silly me.

Concur, and I fell for it too. Granted, they ain't, they come with being a citizen. I can't say any one of the ten trump any other, they are co-equal, and all necessary, or there would be only the trump card shown.

12K thanks to knowing the correct answer for the last question [boozingbuddies]

Ghrit's right, the Right to Vote comes with being a citizen. The other 2 options are Amendments within the Bill of Rights.

With knowing the last answer I got 12000.

DD got 6400 on her 2nd try!!! I didn't tell her the last answer and she picked the right to bear arms as the most important right. :) I guess the apple don't fall far from the tree. So she should have had 8400 not bad for a soon to be 8 year old.
