HGH Facts - The Real Truth About HGH

I wonder what it is about HGH (Human Growth Hormone) that makes people want to know more. It seems to interest both men and women.
It could be because HGH promises many benefits for both men and women, the main benefit being reverse aging.
Some of the other claims made about HGH is that it can help enhance your metabolism, or Increase muscle mass.
Let me tell you that where health is concerned, it’s bad to get into something without doing a whole lot of research first. Never ever go by the hype created by the companies selling them.
It’s pretty obvious that when one is selling something, they will always say their product is the best. Can you take such risks with your health? The answer is obviously NO.
Now getting down to the nitty gritty of HGH

I will save you a lot of trouble by letting you in on the results of my research on HGH. Remember, I am here to help you and bring facts in front of you, so that you can make an ‘informed’ decision.
Having said that, lets first see what HGH actually is. HGH is an abbreviation for Human Growth Hormone that is produced by the pituitary gland in the brain. This hormone stimulates growth and cell production in human beings.
The main property of HGH is to increase height, and the other important benefits are that it increases muscle mass, helps in calcium retention in our body, helps in keeping bones healthy, reduces fat in the body, helps in controlling sugar and insulin levels, helps with immunity and several more important functions that keep us healthy when we are young.
Now do you understand why we start having problems as we age?

The secretion of this hormone starts reducing by the time we are in our 30s and as we grow older, the pituitary gland produces lesser and lesser of this most important hormone. The level of secretion is highest in our early childhood. It peaks during puberty when there is a growth spurt.
The levels of secretion continue to decline throughout our adult life. This decrease in the levels of HGH is what may cause us to look old, have problems like diabetes, depression, loss of energy, loss of muscle mass and every other problem associated with aging.
I know what is going on in your mind, that increasing the HGH levels in the body will make you look young and feel healthy again.
If we go by theory, HGH is the miracle that brings back your youth. Is it the fountain of youth that we humans were waiting for, for thousands of years?
There are several options available to induce HGH into your body. There are the HGH injections, oral sprays, natural herbal HGH Releasers, that claim to increase the HGH levels in your body.
Let me give you an understanding of how these methods work.

The HGH Injection – HGH injections are a synthetic substance injected into your body. These injections are typically taken two or three times a day and are very expensive. A single injection may cost as high as $25.
You would end up spending as much as $75 per day. So, using that for 30 days will take your expenditure up to above $2000 per month. These are prescription medications that are not available over-the-counter. Insurance companies don’t cover the cost of these drugs.
Since this lab produced HGH injections are synthetic, I don’t need to tell you that there could be side effects associated with this, just as they are with anything that is synthetic. So, expenses and side effects don’t make this a viable alternative.
HGH Oral Sprays – Scientifically, there is no proof that these sprays work. Growth hormone according to studies does not have the capability of passing through the membranes of the mouth. I guess, this makes it another option less for you to look at.
Natural HGH Supplements (HGH Releasers) - It is believed that this method is indeed effective in increasing the levels of HGH in our bodies. They are very much like the vitamins and are taken in tablet form. Normally, they need to be taken just before going to bed, as the pituitary gland is most active during sleep.
HGH Releasers are 100% natural with no synthetic substances, as they are made from a combination of natural ingredients.
These ingredients activate the pituitary gland and in turn the pituitary gland produces more HGH. This obviously is a far safer alternative to sending in artificially produced synthetic HGH.
There are highly popular and seem to do what other methods don’t seem to. There is no need of a prescription and no side effects are seen.
From all the above research, it definitely appears that HGH Releasers are the best bet if you want to increase the HGH levels naturally in your body, but how can we even know which natural supplements are good?
Again, a lot of research is required.

You will need to check the ingredients that are used and quantity of the herbs being used. Towards this, I have done my own research and came up with a few facts that I am going to share with you. This could help you decide on the supplement to use.
I’ve taken a close look at the variety of herbal HGH releasers on the market today, comparing their ingredients and have asked a lot of questions to many of the companies which sell these products, I have come to the conclusion that out of all the products available in the market, GHR1000 is by far the best option and the next best option is GenF20 .. Let me tell you why.
My first choice of GHR1000 and second choice of GenF20 are both 100% natural and combine the best ingredients.
The main thing is that I could not find another product in the market that even comes close to these two products. That actually tells us something that most products out there are not what they claim to be.
Another things that instills enough confidence to give it a try, is the fact that GHR1000 is produced in a lab that is certified by FDA.
It definitely feels comfortable using a product from a lab authorized by FDA, and FDA is known for it’s strict standards. On the other hand GenF20 is made in GMP certified laboratories, which are pharmaceutical quality labs of high standard.
When I contacted various companies producing various products, during my routine research on HGH, I was impressed by the professional replies I got for these two companies to all my questions. No vague answers here.
Both have been commendable in being very open about the ingredients used in these products and did not have a problem if we wished to get things checked out.
The GHR1000 company offers a no questions asked money back guarantee of 75-days, while the GenF20 offers a 60-day guarantee.
Although, I am completely Impressed and awed by these supplements, that can make me look good and feel young again, the cost is a bit on the expensive side. But then when did anyone say that we get quality without paying a price, and these products can change your life.
I personally wouldn’t mind spending on one of these supplements and trying it out. It is better than spending the money on all those beauty products to make my skin or hair or body look good.
I know what you are thinking.

Your question would be why my first choice is GHR1000 and the second choice GenF20. My choice of number one and two was dependent on the reviews by hundreds of users and quality of the ingredients.
Yes, I did take the pain of checking the reviews too, before bringing these products in front of you. I wanted to make sure that no stone is left unturned.
These reviews of efficacy of the supplements based on quick action were given by hundreds of users and the top two products in the market were GHR1000 with 4.8/5 star rating and GenF20 with 3.9/5 star rating, making GHR1000 stand number One.
More people saw greater results with GHR1000 then to GenF20, this is largely do to the better quality ingredients in GHR1000.
I have not even mentioned the others to you because they were left far behind and have several side effects. Both these products have no side effects whatsoever.
I suggest you give one of them a try and see for yourself.

If you are not satisfied you don’t have to go ahead and you can even claim your money back. As long as there are no side effects, there is no harm in checking one of them out.
GHR1000’s official website is at www.GHR1000.com. The official website for GenF20 is www.GenF20.com Justa word of caution, never try both the supplements together. It is never a good habit to combine two products. Use one and blame the company if it doesn’t work but use both and you have nobody to blame.
My goal here is to educate you on the products that really work. With hundreds of products out there, it becomes difficult for a consumer to decide on what is genuine and what is not.
I know for a fact that most of them are just pure cheating, where inferior products that don’t work or if they do work, have side effects, are sold to you day in and day out, and this in turn makes you wary of every product that claims to give something out of the ordinary.

I looked into it and the only thing stopping me from taking it is cost - it's expensive. That GRH1000 runs a $87 for a one month supply but if I can ever afford a few bottles I'm trying it.

That is very interesting. I had heard of others recommending it too, especially for those whose metabalism was very low (and possibly Type II diabetics).

There are so many things available to people that are bad-mouthed by medical- and pharmaceutical-types, so you know that alternatives must be eating into their business. Imagine the havoc wreaked on the Health Industry if no one got cancer anymore... [cf. Acts 19:23-27]

Wonder if I'll ever get taller than 5'1"...? I've been this tall since the 6th grade.....sheeesh.

Seriously...My daughter had to see a Pediatric Endocrinologist when she was in the 6th grade...she had no growth spurt from 10.5 to 12 yrs of age...The time when most kids shoot up ...

They did a test to see if she was secreting the growth hormone...It is only secreted during sleep , so they simulate sleep with an IV drug, and ck 7 levels during the test....She was.

They diagnosed her with "Constitutional Delay" or what we used to call "Late Bloomers"...Delayed bone age, late menses onset, etc....It is a variant of growth, rather than a disease process....
The option was to start her on hormones:estrogen, progesterone, and also HGH... bring on her menses and it would jump start her growth....Because of her "excellent sense of self, unparalled self esteem " (The Physician's words, not ours) , we left the decision up to her....She chose no drug treatment, and to let nature take it's course...

Now I'm not going to breed basketball players....and she is a respectable 5'3" now....it just took her to age 16 to get there...

I've done a lot of reading on the subject, and the pros and cons, because of it hitting so close to home...I considered it, had a bone density test, and it said mine was comparable to a woman's 20 yrs my junior...so I chose not to use it either, at this point....

It's certainly interesting....and tons of material on it...

For me, I would see an endocrinologist, and get a full hormonal work up before starting a regimen of it...But that's just me.

Dont sweat it Colt, while being 6'+ can have some advantages it also kind of sucks when you cant fit all of you in a sleping bag or most beds without hanging over and smack you head on low hanging stuff all the time. Being shorter dose have the advantages of things like being able to fit most cars better and get into other tight spaces us tall folks dont do so well in.

Lol yea you have to be able to fit in a sleeping bag. Being too tall you wont fit! I don't believe in the hype that a hgh supplement would make you taller. That just seems a little ridiculous. However I think it's got other benefits which make up for that. I'm trying to figure out which hgh releaser I should get.

I found this site hghlevel.com which lets the customers leave feedback about the hgh releaser , not sure if they have that GHR one but I'm leaning towards one of them. Any one have any suggestions?
