There are all kinds of AR's for $399 to $499 at those prices, no one who would like an AR has a real reason/excuse for not having one. There are many more expensive rifles out there, LaRue, American Defense, LMT, SCAR, HK 416... But for $600-$700 anyone can have a rifle, mags and a good starter supply of ammo.
Well all state assault weapons bans are pretty much finished. In California they have a lot of ARs they just make people have gay features like the shark fin pistol grip and magazine capacity limit. All California needs is furniture, mags and parts. Other states like IL, NJ, CO, NY, MI, WA, OR I think they went full retard and banned them outright. Those states are going to need guns and mags.
MI hasn't banned them yet. I think you mean MA ... they've gone full retard. We are only half retard here in the mitten. I mean Whitmere is trying to go full tilt especially after the kidnapping attempt.
I thought I saw an assault weapons ban bill for MI, figured it sailed on through. After her intentionally failed fed boi kidnapping attempt.
Not yet. she did sign background checks, safe storage and red flag laws. But around here .. even the democrats own guns. It's the city critters wanting the assault weapons ban. it'll come but man it's going to be a tough sell. We already have number of counties that have made resolutions that declare they are Consitutional Counties. So you can probably guess that they are not going to enforce whitless's wishes. We actually had a county sheriff address a senior citizen group and told them to arm themselves as the police can't be there to stop home invasions and break-ins.
Yep! My wife has a brand new S&W M/P Sport which I got on a super deal for less than $400. She's not a shooter but qualifies once a year and goes through the entire familiarization process to ensure she knows how to clear and/or function check the rifle, react to a jam, and take down and clean it. It's there for a rainy day if she needs it. Everyone should have one. Me? I got more than I need but less than I want...
More than a few strong 2A Counties in Michigan..I would have thought that the Yoopers would be 100% ///////////////////////////////////////////// Second Amendment Sanctuary Localities | GOA Second Amendment Sanctuaries refer to ordinances adopted by some jurisdictions in the United States to prevent the enforcement of certain gun control measures that violate the Second Amendment. The ordinances typically prevent the expenditure of funds for various gun control proposals, such as gun bans, registration, enforcement of gun background checks, and red flag laws. Or, ya know, the Communist State of New Yuck! Where an AR-15 resembles one of Gov Hockstetter's sex toys! I've got *ahem* a few (or maybe more?) stashed away in Texas.
Still legal in OR, but it's only a matter of time. About the only thing that will stop it is if Trump takes 2024 and the lefties out here get worried about the impending "fascist tyranny".
Christensen Mesa 308 Springfield Garrison 1911 Benelli super blackhawk eagle3 with all the super duper D.U Logo all over everything.
I hope you never need fast access 'cause that's one heck of a drive? Got no peeps closer where you might stash one?
Colorado hasn't banned them so far as I am aware. We do have a 15-round limit on magazines tho, which is awkward since no one makes 15-rounders. The dems have taken control of the state thanks to the californicators who have moved here in recent years. I expect more trouble from them and our gay blade governor down the road if we can't get them out of office. Having loved this state for many many years, it just makes me sick. No compromise, no surrender!
I think the market has provided an answer to the 15 round limits....google "15 round ar mags", there are lots of options. However, these may be internally limited 20 rounders, but they are available.
