Depends on how dull that knife is! Box cutter produces a small clean cut, with little tissue damage that might not even bleed much. A dull knife produces a large ugly wound, with lots of tissue damage and blood! That is why my Boy Scout Master always insisted that we keep our knives, hatchets and axes sharp! I would recommend bringing a gun to this fight!
