Fun watching what you can do with a good sharp axe and knowing how to keep it sharp. Used as an axe trimming brush on trail, saw to cut bamboo, knife to trim bamboo, froe to split wood and smooth it, drill to make holes in bamboo. and I probably missed some other uses. Good one Chell. Haven't seen that particular type of trigger used before, could be modified to non bamboo as long as you have push down notch, much easier to build and use than 4 type trigger. There are u tube presentations on using simple tools to build hoses, boats, cages, weapons, fish traps and a hundred things using only bamboo and a lashing. A whole way of life.
