    For as long as I could remember, I've always dreamed of getting a wooded lot, developing, designing, and building on it. This summer we finally made that dream come true and we're just getting started.
    We bought this lot in cash and it's at over 3,500 feet so the temperature is always perfect and it still gets a good amount of sunlight.
    Here's the before last Monday:
    On Wednesday we hired a professional with machinery to help us clear it:
    Wednesday Evening:

    It was completely cleared on Friday and we started working on a foundation. I'll definitely share updates and more pictures soon. I know that with this project I'll get lots of exercise and will learn a lot. Hope you will all have a wonderful week!

    Oh, thank you. That same fella said that too, lol. (He’s a cop btw) Lots of improvements still needed but try grabbing me, big trouble for most. Lol.

    Today my workout consisted of pulling weeds, walking, waiting all day for the truck driver to deliver gravel (the secretary said after lunch which I assumed was 1 or 2, but when I asked the company owner for an ETA, it ended up being after 4), then shoveling gravel in the dark. Thank goodness for headlamps!
    I'm a little discouraged when it comes to gardening because the pigs keep trampling and digging up the sweet potatoes, testing my garlic, nibbling the heads off of my squash plants, and pulling the corn. The chickens went full on viking raid mode on my field of black eyed peas, and now there's a Hawaiian Hawke that visits every day and is trying to hunt my chickens. No rest for the wicked or the weary. LOL. It might be time for me to acquire an electric fence.

    I just finished reading "Fool Me Once" by Harlan Coben. I'm giving it a solid 3/5 stars. It was a real slow burn type of book with a decent ending. I haven't read anything by him before and I might try reading another one of his books.
    I need a little book "junk food" so I'm reading "It Starts with Us" by Colleen Hoover. She's great at chick lit.

    95 pounds down today!

    I'm reading The practice of Lojong, by Traleg Kyabgon. It's about Tibetan meditation techniques. It's pretty easy to listen to, so far.

    Some of that far eastern stuff just forces me to daydreaming and reaching for distraction. If an author threw names around all the time like this one's own, I wouldn't remember a thing from the text. I just can't associate them to my Texas reality.

    Congratulations on this success! That's so much weight that you've lost and better health that you're gaining.
    I finally started meditating before bed. I take deep breaths of lavender essential oil, then sit. Sometimes I only get 5 deep breaths in, but at least it's a start!

    My bf was doxed and stalked by some internet people last month and now someone that we worked with is being aggressively doxed and they also are going after his gf and family. The FBI is getting involved. It's ugly and this same group of people caused a minor to want to commit suicide a few years ago and authorities weren't able to find out who these people are. Thankfully the girl lived. I'm going to have to lessen my online footprint by probably taking off images with my face and laying low for awhile for safety reasons, but I'm still going to be here and will post. Just wanted to let you know what's going on so you wouldn't worry if my pics disappeared.

    I got over 20,000 steps yesterday. I can't remember the last time that it rained all day long like that. I think the cooler season is finally here!

    Getting back into the workouts and it feels good. I think I'm going to focus on bodyweight work and yoga for the rest of the year... Unless I need more. Lol.

    Nothing new on my end, same routine. The boy has been at class more consistently which is great except, it painful! Ouch!

    You're routine is solid! I think fall and winter were my favorite times to train in the early morning.

    The rainy season has started and it's torrential so I'll have to figure out other ways to get cardio. I did core and an hour of dance this morning. Hope you will have a wonderful week!

    I've been getting over 10,000 steps everyday. Feeling a little pulled away between the two properties so I decided to stay back and catch up on things around the house today.

    Rest day today after a weird week. I had lots of mom nightmares and it put me in a weird head space. I think there's a reason why I haven't seen my parents in over 6 years now. I hope that my motivation will return this week.

    Just a little. Dude looks like he blew out his liver and kidneys, basically trashed his endocrine system.
    Probably blew out his kidneys eating an insane amount of protein.
    Otherwise stay healthy. I'm pretty sure the mainstream media is running a "don't go to the gym and work out" psyop, especially if you're white.
