We have all learned that Executive Orders are temporary and just a band-aid. Trump needs to focus on getting real laws passed that have teeth and last. Here is #1 with me. During the last 6 months of the '24 election, the Left had the gall to talk about and promote the notion that the Supreme Court needed to be expanded to 11, 13.... even 15 members. I would like to see a Law passed that forever seals and solidifies SCOTUS at 9 members, never allowed to be changed in the future. #2 with me is.... Define Sexual Orientation as how the baby came out of the womb. If some dude wants to wear a dress and heels, have his wanker whacked off and get a breast job.... This is a free country and go get it cowboy. But please end this nonsense of allowing a 6'4", 220lb dude to either swim or play volleyball against girls and women. And for God Sake's, keep dudes out of women's locker and restrooms!!! The Left is trying to destroy women and it needs to stop. I want to see ICE and the Border Patrol strengthened, and our borders strengthened. Stop the revolving door of illegal border crossing. Ship all illegal invaders back to their country of origin. Chip them just before deportation, if they are caught again, they get an automatic five years in prison, then deportation.

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. I think an argument could be made that the states differing gun laws are in conflict with the application of equal protection under the 14th.. which is reinforced by the Supremacy Clause (Article VI)
I would like to see the limits on distilled alcohol production removed, immigration restrictions be at a minimum reciprocal to what the source country puts on Americans, the border sealed, legal immigration of non-criminal and non-activists greatly increased, repeal of the NFA and BATF, repeal of income tax, careful repeal of the Fed, careful repeal of a ton of regulatory environmental bullshit, and a ban on commercial use of corn syrup. Term limits to include age restrictions, no more geriatric's in ANY office, and a cap on the pay equal to a single freshman term. Balanced Budget each and every term, no more pork bellies, and end income taxes, both STATE and Fed, and get rid of property taxes, you own it, you keep it, and remove the IRS! No more international Wars, conflicts, police actions, ect, Focus on building the worlds most powerful forces, and keep them at home! If China or Russia pop off, or any other country, then we act, otherwise we let the rest of the world do it's own thing! National Defence budgets kept separate from ALL other bills and funding! SIngle Issue bills/laws, no more stuffing as much into a single bill/law as they can to force it through! No more hidden bills/laws, you ether pass it on it's face, ot reject it on it's own! No more Gut and Stuff bills, turning a piece of simple legislation into a 5000 page cluster fuck of a bill that nobody has the time to read or understand! This needs to apply to STATES as well! No more creating Fed Agencies with out Congressional Charter, and Vote of the People, agencies like DHS, TSA, Ect,..... End the ATF! End the NFA! Privatise the V.A. and mandate congressional funding and limited oversight with full funding kept separate from ALL other bills or legislation! Install a senior flag officer to oversee management of the V.A. along with a civilian team to administrate it! All Members of Congress banned from stocks investments, no more insider trading! All members MUST submit an earnings statement each year! No Campaign donations from out of state, including business's, states, countries, or individuals! No more buying seats in state races! Enforce Immigration laws, NO illegals allowed to enter, set number of applications, and they must allow ALL nations, not just south american, and most not restrict such countries such as Ukraine, or Russia! Keep H1B in place and expand it, while streamlining the whole process, and removing all the red tape and hoops, as well as fixing the total cost! It should NOT take 5+ years to process a immigration Visa, 2 years MAX, and capped at $1500 MAX, from start to finish, and expand the number of regional immigration processing offices, no more forcing to travel thousands of miles several times to process segments of the application, make it a ONE and DONE deal, no one should be forced to travel more then 500 miles from ANY point in the Continuous Nation, PEROID!
All of that was very well said. How about a law banning all recognition of race or sex or sexual preference in regards to any use of funding or in employment. That seems the only way to make it fair, to me. Make it all skills, performance, and to be fair...tenure (to an extent).

If the CIA isn't forever dismantled (and NSA along with it) we will just be right back in this situation again.
