    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

It's a rough ass week on day one with no chance of clearing weather at work. It's a life and most aren't so tough. That's a blessing.

I get rid of a super toxic and downright evil work person I have been stuck with in my life on Friday. That will be a huge blessing and I can only be glad for that.

Still working the course I'm taking about C.S. Lewis. I'm reading some of his writings. Amazing perception of a layman about the process of going from an athiest to a Christian.

I'm struggling through some post apocalyptic box set and I've reached the point I kinda hope they all die miserably. Only 3 hours of 35 left.....

Work can be tough, but clearing out the negative energy on Friday will definitely be a huge relief.

110 pounds down so far. I'm still working the plan.

I spend an hour working a kettlebell every evening. Stretching in the morning and meditation in the evening.

I spend an hour in the sauna daily.

I'm seriously considering your jiu-jitsu stuff when I get fit enough.

I've got boxing and Tae Kwan do experience for striking, but grappling and ground skills are the fighting-under-a-urinal-for-your-life-biting-and-punching or raw-bone ranch-hands-settling-disputes kind.

I have a lot to learn with hands and legs when blades and guns aren't appropriate for the situation.

YW. Because I’m familiar with this one I was showing some higher belts my technique using only one arm. There’s very little strength required but what if you additionally squeeze squeeze?! It’s straight-up nasty and a great one for self-defense.
