    My step count today was 18,147. Today was kind of an easy going rest day. I'm trying to focus more on getting my anxiety under control and not worrying about everything all the time. It takes practice...

    Tomorrow the state wrestling tournament starts, the boy will be coaching this go-round instead of competing. 23 wrestlers total. When the season is done I expect him to be back at Jiu Jitsu smashing me. Ouch!

    I'm getting a lot of steps and starting to worry less. These are good signs! Hope you are all having a great week. The batteries in my scale died so I'm not sure where my numbers are at right now, but that's probably also a good thing since this is a bit of a stressful time of transition.

    Today I'm at 12,763 steps and the night is still fairly young. My dome has a bathroom, custom windows, and a hard floor now! I got the vaulted ceiling that I was dreaming about when we stayed in that yurt back in July. I'm so in love with this place.
    Now that things are settling down I can probably start adding more exercises beyond walking. I also want to do more dancing. Hope you are all having a wonderful weekend!

    The state tournament didn’t go as well as it could have but that’s wrestling. I’m very proud of my boy regardless. I’m sticking to my normal routine and starting to prep for April’s tournament.

    It's okay. Still awesome that they made it to state. State is a whole new dynamic for young athlete's and sometimes it's hard to perform at the usual level at such a huge event.

    Hope you are all having a wonderful week! I did 120 push ups yesterday and so far 20 push ups today.
    For now I think I'll have to just squeeze in exercises when I can.

    I worked a wind storm which threw off my normal routine, back on track now as of yesterday. Oh yeah, a new grandson came during the chaos. He was being a brat so he’s a tad early but he’s tough like his mommy. Tucker. Aww.

    Yay I'm glad that posts are working. I got my energy and motivation back again. I did 70 pushups yesterday and got over 22,000 steps. Currently going for a walk.

    Aloha!
    The batteries in my scale died in the middle of February and then I moved it to another location. Maybe eventually, I'll give it new batteries and find out where my weight is. For now my clothes are getting baggy so I think that's a good sign!
    I'm still doing push ups and have started practicing more yoga for flexibility and mobility.
    Last week we went across the island and reserved a private house with a private, pool, jacuzzi, and amazing ocean views! My favorite place in the house was the back lanai where I drank lots of coffee and ate all of my meals. Here's a picture I took with my camera's timer. I wasn't even trying to get the beam of light through the hoop, but somehow it worked out that way!

    I took a full rest day off yesterday and am feeling better today. It was a sad day because I'm pretty sure a Hawaiian Hawk got my favorite chicken. These hawks used to be on 6 of the islands, but is now only on the Big Island.

    Zimmy Wait, I'm not ready!

    I decided to put aside alcohol and tobacco for Lent this year.

    I have a couple of surgeries coming up in a few months and need to be off the tobacco to get them. There's evidently a nicotine test they can give now.
