And I'm glad that they were, because otherwise the waste, fraud, and illegal activities would have continued forever and ever. DOGE put the fear of GOD and the American people into the bloated ranks of government employees and bureaucrats, which is the way it should be!

 

Waiting to see facts come out and not wasting my time on histrionics until then. My leftyverse "friends" are in celebration mode as expected. IMO "Big Balls" either found something or Musk thought maybe something was there and is bluffing. Regardless, bad look for Trump in the back and forth, but much worse for Musk:

• If Musk had evidence why is he not making it public? Does that mean he has the goods on others and is going to exploit that knowledge to his benefit instead of exposing evil to the light of day?
  
  
• If Trump had involvement why did Musk continue to work with him? What does that say about Musk's character?
  
  
• Is this Musk throwing a fit because the "Big, Beautiful, Bill" no longer has subsidies for EV's which will have a very negative impact on Tesla? Or perhaps all those eco destructive to manufacture batteries will skyrocket in price because of the tariffs?

Musk's image is taking a hit that will probably get worse as this unfolds.

"Big Balls" and company need to go into hiding now. It won't matter in the long run, but will buy some time before they are cut into tiny pieces as they give up what they do or do not know. It no longer matters is they know or not. Too many ultra powerful people are involved.

If Trump was involved in sex trafficking, adult or minor, then he should get what he deserves.

 

1. Like others have said, I truly doubt this accusation for the Fake News Media would have had this loooong ago.
2. Let's say he was there...so was damn near everyone else that holds some sort of power. Plus, it doesn't mean he broke any laws.

Sorry, I have a hard time having sympathy for 16-year-old girls that knew exactly what they were doing on a rich man's island and were not forced. They knew. Now, they are older, they regret it? Sorry, such is life. I regret a hell'va lot of things I did when I was young, a lot, but I don't blame others for my stupidity. Were the adults breaking the law? Yes. Absolutely. However, in the UK the age of consent is 16, in France it is 15, in Germany it is 14 and in Russia and most Eastern European countries it's 16. So, you could also ask, in this day and age, if that law isn't a bit archaic and, furthermore, unrealistic. I have a good friend, a handsome guy, lives in Texas, and was a high school teacher. He told me that every day some high school girl cutie would hit on him. It had become a challenge for them to get him in the sack. He had to be very careful not to be alone with any of them at any time. He now has taken a job teaching in the prison system just to get out of there. Young girls have access to numerous methods of birth control and are very promiscuous with rich or poor, young and old, male or female partners. I am not saying it is right. I am saying that is reality.

Yeah, me too. I fear this will be the country's only chance to correct this. Maybe that is what has pissed Musk off so badly. I believe he doesn't realize that politics will not allow him or anyone else to do what is necessary in an expedient manner, certainly not a democracy. One can only do a compromise and that is what the BBB does. Yeah, there is pork in there, probably a lot, and it is far from perfect but probably about the best that can be done. I am concerned about the AI stuff that MTG found in there, after she passed it; however, she should have read the damn Bill! Yet, the Senate can edit it so...

To be blunt, I am deeply concerned, that while DOGE found all this stuff, there appears to be little has been done to correct it as everything that corrects it is stopped by some judge or Congress simply doesn't do anything about it. You can't deport. You can't fire. You can't withhold funds. You can't do anything to stop us going over the abyss. We are at a serious crossroads for democracy, and it doesn't look good and it's all from our own making. Maybe our form of democracy is doom to failure by trying to protect everything and everyone and by doing so it cannot protect itself. I mean, numerous forms of government have huge flaws. On paper, Communism appears to be pretty good! In reality, it sucks and doesn't work. Monarchy is the same as are others, flawed to failure but works for a time. Perhaps, a Republic based upon democracy is the same. I am beginning to think so. For if we cannot change anything then we are for certain doom to failure. This next 4-years will tell, hell, the next 1.5-years will tell us the outcome. I believe we are seeing, right in front of our eyes, if America will exist in the future, it's rise or fall, and, honestly, I do not like what I am seeing.

Additionally to your point I was watching Newsmax this morning. Apparently Epstein's personal lawyer that was handling his defense has been chiming in. He said he pointedly asked Epstein if President Trump at any time did anything unethical, illegal etc involving this sex scandal he was running or had any involvement with any of it. Epstein denied Trump's involvement in all of it. This is also after President Trump came out publicly denouncing Epstein as a piece of filth. This is a big nothing burger in my opinion propagated by a group of leftist never Trumpers.

 

I'm not smart enough to post some stuff,,, but there's an article on the Gateway Pundit news site ,, where Epstien hired a big time lawyer named Schoen. He said he interviewed Epstien 9 days before his death ,, and Schoen said he specifically asked about Trump,, and he said Epstien said he had absolutely nothing that he could say that could hurt Trump in any way.
I'm telling ya,, after 4 yrs of Russia, Russia, Russia,,, if they had any evidence of Trump being on Epstiens island,,, you would have known about it already .

Yeah, but what does bug me is why would Musk even say something like this? I mean, it's sort of childish, yes? Yet, I suppose Musk is human just like the rest of us, gets angry and says $hit that he shouldn't but I do find it strange as he normally is cool and collected.

 

It bothered me too. I generally appreciated what the guy was doing within DOGE and he is brilliant. That being said, I have a suspicion that Musk is on the spectrum as he does behave a bit strangely in public. I still don't understand all of this but to me it seemed like he was biting the hand that fed him. The other part is maybe he's upset he got so many leftists after him when just a short time ago they thought he was the best thing since sliced bread. Might be a way to get back some of his fan base and recoup some money? I'm of course just speculating. Either way I in no way believe President Trump had anything to do with pedo island. He might be a brash person but that is just going beyond boundaries that I just cannot see him crossing. Besides the fact of nobody on that island ever implicated him in any of it and Epstein's lawyer himself is stating that President Trump had nothing to do with any of this.
