I think 2000 NG is a good response at this point given the number of protesters we are seeing when the video is zoomed out (doesn't seem to be many) but we'll see; I'll bet they will need more and soon. What I haven't heard is if the local and state police have been assisting and at what strength. I would guess the organizers of these protests are currently assessing how committed the Feds are and at what strength they will respond.

I am a bit disappointed with the LA Street Olympics last night, and was hoping to see some skulls busted. I’m thinking it was a bit of a training/warm up exercise and what follows will be much more violent unless cut short by Riot Squads and soldiers. I think that a frozen water bottle should be classified as an Assault Weapon so it can be easily processed as the felony it is to use it. Saw several being thrown last night, and in the past I think they have been launched by improvised shirt sling shots which make them lethal for a head injury. Hang ‘em High!
