Motivational Poster Thread (warning content)

I know a retired Sergeant Major that made a similar statement when asked why he didn't want to move up to a management
position at his new civilian job. His problem wasn't lack of aptitude or experience, it was an absolute lack of desire to ever be in a leadership position again. "I've done the leadership thing, now I want to clock in, be like 'Joe Shit the Rag Man' with no real responsibilities. Do what I'm told to do all day, then clock out and go home."
