Welcome from coastal North Carolina. Pull up a branch and tell us about your interests. We enjoy hearing about your successes and failures. My most upsetting failure has been rhubarb. It's a no-go this far East, no matter what I try. Lessons learned long ago about what will live and die here on the beach. My gardening may not be conventional, but it consistently produces more than I can eat. In a pinch I can eat the crows and squirrels that try to beat me to the fruit.
I also failed at rhubarb this year and didn't get past the seedling stage. I'm going to try again. Would love to hear more about your gardening. I've been having amazing success with butternut squash and have been able to roast one nearly daily since July! Thank you so much for the warm welcome!
