I agree. This is just a data point that might wind up being a red herring.
I thought we lived in a crazy world during the cold war.
Guess it got worse.

 

Why would someone specifically take a neck shot or even try one? I mean, you wouldn't shoot at him unless you meant to kill him and if you meant to kill him then it would be a head shot, especially from 200 yards. So, I can't come up with any reason for a neck/throat shot can you?

The other thing that keeps popping in my mind is the mid-terms and Charlie was big on getting youth turnout, so I wonder if this is link to them, especially if it was professionally done.

 

Where people intend the shot to land is not always the outcome of where the shot does land.

No, I understand that, but a professional would not miss a headshot at 200 yards - I mean - that's an easy shot for guys that put 3 rounds in quarter from that distance, so I lean more towards an amateur, a Leftist ideologist that was hyped up with adrenalin and missed the head shot. Notice also the shot went low and the shooter was shooting from an elevated position, a common amateur mistake.

So, if it was an amateur, they'll catch him...unless he has professional support and it sticks by him which I would doubt because they want the investigation finished asap which means giving him up, the patsy. If it was a professional, then doubtful they'll get him but how in the hell did he miss which I suppose is possible but very unlikely.

Anyway, I am just hypothesizing to take my mind off what happened and the fact they don't have this POS in custody yet which troubles me greatly.

 

So, was it a conspiracy or a lone wolf.
Now i don't know the veracity of the video this guy is showing nor can tell if the subject of the video is rooting for the death of Kirk or super happy to be alive.
But anyway.

I figure he was going for a head shot ,,and he either jerked the trigger trying to get the shot off before someone jumped back in front of the him ,,, or didn't account for the bullet drop.
Now that video of the 2 guys behind Charlie ,, the way the one guy was holding that can was odd . He was holding it from the bottom,,, ,,and raised it up and down,, I wonder if it could have been, say ,, the shooter was supposed to level off of the top of the can ,, and that would allow for the bullet drop.
But I believe it was bullet drop,, a Jerky trigger ,, and rushing the shot before someone else got in his way.

I didn't say the shot was specifically done a certain way or not, only that it is possible it was intentionally done!
Speaking only for my self, even before I was trained up on such things, as a hunter shooting my hunting rifles, I never would have blown a shot like that, I couldn't even flinch that bad, so, to my mind, ether the shooter had zero skill ( likely) or had enough skill to put that round exactly where he intended at that range!
It's also possible that the shooter wanted to send message, but that message got lost in the malstrom that followed!

 

I get it. I just thought and knowing your background, you might have an idea why in the world they would go for a throat/neck shot.
I also thought about the possibly of 'sending a message' by shooting in the throat to stop people from speaking out. Anyway, I thought maybe you would have an idea...

It sures seem incriminating...seems like he knows what is going to happen, looking around rather than looking at the speaker, and waiting for what is about to happen. Friggen weirdo. Seems like if it was true that we would be seeing more of it.
