drive out tags is what they call the paper plate you get from the dealer while waiting for them to mail your 'real' plate. It's been a story here that the drive out tags are often counterfeit. And it's unusual to stop at a light and all the plates you can see are up to date, many are 3 years expired.

-The misidentified rifle seemed interesting
a good view of it also seemed worth sharing

Memphis is a shit hole, glad I move out but wish we would have moved farther away.
I laugh at the Memphis mayor and county mayors along with the police chief saying "we don't need the guard here". BULLSHIT!
But getting the guard in will not solve the entire problem. They also have to work on the revolving door of the judicial system. Oh, you shot someone, do you promise not to do it again? OK good, you are released.
Time to start holding judges and lawyers accountable when they let repeat offenders back out on the streets.
