This is definitely one of the best books I have read in 2025. It's harsh, cold, and extremely realistic. It's about a Civil War in America in the near future. I know, this storyline has been done by tons of authors, but this guy gets it right. The story moves yet is controlled, the dialog snaps and there are no super soldiers here just normal characters which are extremely well done, so much so, that you'll be gut punched every time one is lost. weeeelllll.... hmmmm.... let's see here... from the super secret hidden scrolls of ancient veterans there is a way to deal with the Arctic Curse... it is caused by imps mind you... they follow your behind all day waiting and grumbling and gripping... they immediately cheer up when you head for the bathroom... and start cheering out loud when you finally set... then... they began to chant... and chant and chant... until... kersploosh... then they break down in maniacal laughter... the scroll contained a remedy... which last about 24 hours... the imps go into seizures due uncontrolled laughter... you must dress and preform as is depicted in the following... now if you want it to last you need to make a video of yourself preforming and place it on the net... they will follow it...
