That's what got us the "temporary" income tax.

 

Its not the gluten most are allergic to, i think. I feel it is the chemicals being used on the wheat.
And no more day old bread. That crap will last a month now. Thankfully we make our own breads. She mades loafs, buns, rolls etc. In case we are short i can make Navajo fry bread for each meal. I keep the drys ready and sealed, just get out what i want and add water. ( I use our freeze dried milk in the drys).

 

If I ate more bread I'd sure have to consider making my own. I remember a couple years when I made Amish friendship bread. Made so much nobody wanted anymore.

Wheat grown today is not the same as what was grown 200 yrs ago

 

Sadly, nearly all our food today is contaminated with chemicals. As a guy once said, "Better eating through Monsanto!" Uh, yeah. Even those small farmers trying to avoid chemical use have their crops subjected to accidental pollination by the GMO crops from the big corporate farms. Try to grow healthy food in your backyard, the winds bring in GMO pollen, or the bees inadvertently bring it in. We are being slowly poisoned.
