Unfortunately, I contracted a disease/sickness recently, not especially life threatening but could be. they call it Alpha-Gal and it's an allergy to mammalian meat (beef,pork,deer, gnd hog, rabbit,etc.) it comes from a tick bite but it's not Lymes disease, wifes had it for 10 yrs. +. You can eat birds (chicken, turkey, etc.) and fish ( wife loves good catfish!), also i suppose lizards, snakes, bugs, etc. but wife said NNOOOO WAY!! LOL Some people have very mild symptoms, others can have anaphylaxis shock and die consuming the wrong stuff. wife had a reaction from a medicine, not the med. itself but the capsule that held it, just hives was all thank god for her. Again unfortunately we have to watch our diet, for me it's dairy (not lactose, a carbohydrate instead).

If you're talking about cell cultured meat, it is healthier even than grass fed beef and such.
A few businesses tried to get this going some years back, and did not succeed, I think mainly because of the timing and their inability to explain to the public what this was. Also, the traditional cattle/meat industry went ballistic--because they knew that cell cultured meat would be the death of their industry--even trying to get congress to forbid producers of cell cultured meat from using the word meat.
Let me explain. Cell cultured meat is real meat grown from the muscle cells of real animals. In a 'vat' type container, these cells replicate, until you have, essentially, a piece of meat that might as well have been taken from the slaughtered animal in question.
In the beginning, they had trouble with the process, because although they could grow the meat, they could not figure out how to get blood vessels to appear inside it, just as we have blood vessels running through our muscles. However, this problem, the appearance of blood vessels, known as angiogenesis, was eventually solved.
At last they had cell cultured meat that was indistinguishable from meat taken from an animal, both in texture and in flavor.
There are two great advantages to cell cultured meat. First, the cost. It will be much, much cheaper to produce meat this way, making quality protein available to people without much money--and people with no money, namely the people in the Third World, who need quality protein urgently.
Second, livestock are of course pumped full of hormones, steroids and who knows what else. Cell cultured meat contains none of these things, which is why it is sometimes called clean meat.

Wow. I really am surprised at how many of you drew what to me sounds like a rather mindless and impulsive conclusion about cell cultured meat. I took the time to explain it, ironically, so that people, once informed, would understand it is not "crap" or "fake." Whatever.

I didn't mean no disrespect,, it's just my distrust in someone growing a hamburger in a petri dish.
Kind of like that Corona Virus vaccine that has ,, and still is killing quite a few folks.
But ,, with all due respect ,,,,,, real farm raised ,, meats,, fish and vegetables ,, don't have man made chemicals in them that I can't even pronounce in them .
And ,, I don't have the knowledge that you may have ,, and I'm being sincere here ,,, but ,, can a lab grown burger or chicken ,, be safer than a farm raised animal ,, if they were raised without all the chemicals and hormones and stuff that is pumped into our food supplies of today ??
