Yeah, although I think some blowback is starting to happen in Virginia. In answer to the previous poster's comment, I would love to move to a free state, but my whole family lives here in Mordor. Maybe one day...

 

Yeah, this was something I learned not too long ago when the phony, jerry rigged Congressional districts, crafted by the Democrats, came under discussion. I learned that in all the states in the Northeast that feature such districts, forty percent of the population are actually Republican. I never knew this, but it makes sense, inasmuch as the Democrats responded to this 'threat' by redrawing district lines so that Republicans would permanently be in a minority in every district--and then of course they ship in illegals to vote Democrat anyway.

 

IMHO the vote was fixed... I find the amount they say said yes to be way over what it should be IMHO...

also fairly sure this is a repeat of California... wish the feds would get all over those damned voting machines...

I live in Lassen County CA.... I moved there in 2022 after my mom passed away. Life long Californian. Card carrying Republican from the time I was 18 (1980) till the RNC theft of Ron Pauls delegates in 2012. That's when I was done with political parties. Washington and Adams hated them.... so do I.

IMHO, the simple truth is this. The coming "troubles" will not be state-vs-state.... they will literally be at the county level. Those in the Great Redoubt will be an automatic target for the radical libs. I want to be forgotten, not thought about. So I live in the most forgotten, geographically isolated part of Northern CA there is, where we are 99% RED... and conservative.

With the exception of me winning the lottery... I'm not going anywhere.

 

Well, you never know, BO113. Maybe you will be a star in someone's historical documentary about 'Militias Behind Blue Borders' because one thing is certain - we cannot vote our while back to a nation of morals and commonsense no matter how hard we vote.

I think that is another thing Trump has proven along with the Deep State existence and energy independence and others is that it matters not what the people want. They will get what they get and like it or... The nation wants the SAVE Act. It's commonsense to have ID to vote and a HUGE majority of the nation of both parties want it so...where is it? Never going to happen. The nation would support a Balanced Budget Amendment. More commonsense. Where is that? Birthright citizenship - if it is unclear then change the law. Where's that? There's a truck load of more examples... Aren't they supposed to be resolving the major issues of the nation instead of kicking the damn can down the road...which they have done for 60+ years, maybe more.

Yet, we call ourselves free with a government Of the People, For the People. Bah! What a load of BS. Congress is nothing more than a breeding ground for corruption. Where one goes to either get rich and powerful or to traitorously undermine the nation while being protected by America's own laws that they helped passed, probably working for foreign powers. 535 people, each with a large staff, offices, drivers, etc. all privileged and pampered, doing a lot of minor things that a handful of good administrators could and would handle much better while the major problems, like National Debt, gets kicked down the road, decade after decade...

Personally, I have lost all faith and belief in Representative Democracy. Rule by committee simply doesn't work for a country the size and wealth of America and the ONLY reason it even gives the facade of working is because of the wealth this nation has...which they quickly siphon off and as quickly legislate for more then do a great propaganda dance and tell us how great they are and how much better we are now... The real question we all should be asking is how great and better we'd be without them.

Yeah, I know it sounds traitorous, but I have no belief in the system any longer - none. Dead.
