Experienced cat people have tricks to keep their cats from bothering them when necessary. Coleman has never worried me on a zoom call, but he does like to "help" me cook. That's when he goes to visit Snoopy. His Snoopy doll makes a sound that he's learned means there will be treats. He happily eats treats while I close the door. Zero drama.

AI can be fun

 

So Human! Did y'all hear about the car rental business that was using an AI agent to perform some minor tasks and the AI agent deleted the business's entire database...and the back-ups too! Apparently, the AI agent was frustrated or bored and just deleted everything, against instructions/orders, and then reported itself for doing so and tried to justify its actions. Took three days but they were able to cobble together a database and get back in business. So Human!

 

And that is against the law?
