At the airport in Raleigh, NC they put these great big wide hooks on the inside of the bathroom stall doors. I'm talking WIDE! Not as wide as a shoe horn. These were as wide as a spatula.

I asked a janitor what was up with the hooks. He said it was so the police couldn't hang their gun on the hook and cause an incident. He said last incident they had, the officer got off three rounds into the tile floor before he got his sidearm off the hook.
