Looking for Advice on Managing Everyday Body Pain

Hi everyone, glad to be here. I’ve recently joined because I’m interested in learning from the community and getting to know some of the members here.

I’ve also been dealing with some general lately, so I’m interested in hearing about people’s experiences with different ways of managing it, including medications that have helped them. I’m not looking for a sales pitch—just practical experiences and advice on what has worked for others.

Not to be a jerk or anything, but why does your first post contain a link to a prescription muscle relaxant being sold by a company based out of India?

In my fifties I was in better health than I was at 30 or 40. I was very active, ate well, and got good sleep. In my sixties I've dealt with pain the hard way, completely wearing out joints and breaking things to the point they need replacing. I wouldn't recommend this... except hips. Hip replacement has been great!

If you don't start with pre-existing conditions, I think activity, diet and sleep are the key to managing pain.
