Motivational Poster Thread (warning content)

An interesting observation during the past couple weeks. When I go on base, even at different gates, I've been stopped
by the military police for, now routine, 100% ID card check. What's changed is that when our interaction is complete, and
I used to hear "Have a nice day." Now it's been consistently, "Have a blessed day." Is this a psychological test to see if it
triggers someone? What happens if I respond with, "JazakAllah Khairan" (“May Allah reward you with goodness”)?
Is that what they're after? An automatic response that doesn't fit the norm?

I'm not going to be the one to test it, since to a profiler I look like I escaped from Jumanji twenty-six years ago. I've already overheard an MP ask his buddy "I wonder if that one even speaks english?" (talking about me) when I was a passenger. I enjoyed his immediate change in deportment when he got a glance at my ID.

 

Finally. It's way past due.

 

I'd happily like to be the one to arrange the meeting.

 

Compromise - where each side gives up part of their desires to reach an agreement acceptable to both.

What are they giving up?
