(its just a a rubberstamp continuation of a2000 state of emergency declaration) I , GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the current existence and risk of the proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat. I further find that, as we deal with that threat through multilateral diplomacy, it is necessary to continue certain restrictions with respect to North Korea that would otherwise be lifted pursuant to a forthcoming proclamation that will terminate the exercise of authorities under the Trading With the Enemy Act (50 U.S.C. App. 1 et seq.) (TWEA) with respect to North Korea. Accordingly, I hereby order: http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2008/06/20080626-4.html

That particular executive order simply carries out the wishes of congress; it doesn't hash or trash the BOR. It can be argued one way or another if North Korea deserves the sanctions, but we the people told the president he can make the decision via our elected reps. (Definitely not Alex.)

Numerous presidents have declared an emergency of war, and to that have also used language to include "necessary", as the rule of necessity itself has a very serious legal involvement. Needless to say, this layered "Emergency" is merely a means to make it more difficult for the People to gain control of their government (merely a precaution, and this doesn't assume that the People actually have a chance at all of regaining control over the old republic).

The Trading With The Enemy Act of 1917, as amended (Pres. Procl. 2038, 2039, March 6, 1933) and the Bank Holiday of March 6, 1933 empowers the current regime (especially their bankers), and to lose that bit of legislature (USCA Title 12, Section 95b) would be catastrophic for the NWO.

    But, I digress.

The People have yet another recession and depression to look forward to, making them just as desperate and in need of GOVERNMENT to rescue them, as it was when this all started in 1933. Until the People can step outside the "box" and see the game and how it works, I just don't see any point in beating a dead horse. So, all I have to say is; good luck -it's been a hell of a ride.

    Out.
